For pancakes
•  1 ripe banana •  2 large eggs 

For the garnish 
•  Berries (fresh or frozen) •  White chocolate • Peanut butter


1-  Put the pan on the fire. 2- Peel the banana eliminating all filaments, coarsely cut it, put it in the blender with the eggs and process until the mixture is creamy and without lumps. 3-  A hot pan pour a part of respite for a small pancake, let it cook on one side and turn it gently, taking care to remove it from the pan with a spatula scratch resistant. 4- Repeat with remaining mixture. 5-  Put berries and peanut butter in the blender and blend until you have a thick cream. Pour the cream on pancakes and garnish with white chocolate.
